Methodology & review standards
MoneyFirst is an information directory, not an investment platform. This page explains what we list, how we rate risk and how we keep entries up to date.
Listing criteria
- A verifiable official website and official terms/campaign page (third-party invite links are never treated as the official site).
- The reward or mechanism can be stated in one sentence, with "the official site's current terms prevail".
- The operator is traceable (company, ICP filing or a long public track record); when it can't be verified, the entry says so explicitly.
Risk levels L0–L2
- L0 Tools/Learning: trials, referrals or affiliate programs of legitimate SaaS, cloud, developer and learning tools. Main risks are surprise billing and rule changes.
- L1 Cashback/Referral: shopping cashback, affiliate networks and user-acquisition platforms with a verifiable operator. Amounts and rules change often; disputes over discounted counts or refused settlement occur.
- L2 Finance-related / high uncertainty: platforms involving payments, cross-border funds, crypto assets or tasks requiring social-account authorization, or new platforms whose rules can't be fully verified. Possible loss of money, account bans or compliance risk.
Always rejected (L3)
- Gambling, fake orders, money muling, money laundering, Ponzi schemes.
- Platforms that require deposits, unfreeze fees or upgrade fees before withdrawal.
- Guaranteed or fixed returns, adult-content funnels, prohibited goods and clearly illegal gigs.
Verification & updates
- Each entry shows "last verified" and "content updated" times (Asia/Shanghai).
- Numbers (commission rates, payout thresholds, cookie length) are quoted only when an official page states them.
- Third-party claims (competitor sites, promo sites, user reviews) are labeled as third-party or unverified.
- Report dead links or risks via the feedback page; high-risk reports are handled first.
Independence
- Affiliate links always trigger a visible disclosure; affiliate status never changes a risk level.
- We provide no invite codes, promise no income, and nothing here is investment, legal or financial advice.
