1. Open the JD Union site (union.jd.com), log in with a JD account and register as a member.
2. Choose a promoter type (e.g. individual social promoter, creator/media, shopping-guide site/app) and complete real-name verification.
3. Register your promotion slots/channels as required and wait for account approval.
4. Pick products in the dashboard or official tools such as "京粉" and generate links, codes or QR codes.
5. Share in compliant channels, label promotions as required by advertising law, and avoid absolute claims or fake discounts.
6. Track orders and completion status in order details; returned orders earn no commission.
7. Settlement: a third-party copy of the JD Union help text says commission for the previous month is settled on the 20th and paid to a JD wallet (the dashboard's current rules prevail).
8. Withdrawals and tax: a JD Union notice says platform-subsidy commission has income tax withheld by a designated entity; follow the dashboard.
9. Common reasons for clawbacks or bans: fake orders, prohibited self-purchase rebates, induced orders, traffic fraud.
